Founded by good friends and colleagues Tom Williams and Kevin Smith in 2020, Neo Projects combines our expertise and experience to deliver EA, QS and PM services to clients across the housing and care sectors.
Our aim is to grow a team of dedicated, talented and enthusiastic people and deliver a first class service to our clients. We believe passionately in the principles of social value and providing quality affordable housing and innovative care facilities to all.
Since our launch we have been busy working with a number of public and private sector organisations on a range of residential, care and extra care schemes across the country.
Our client list to date includes One Heritage, Care Concern Group, Dorset Health Care, Wigan Council, Blackthorne Estate, Great Places, Bolton at Home, Arcon, Aspire, ForViva, Trafford Housing Trust and Holy Trinity Church.
We are really excited to be able to offer Employer’s Agent Services to the Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework, via a subcontract agreement enabling us to work with over 20 Registered Provider Housing Association and Local Authority Clients.
