Neo role

Neo Projects are undertaking the role of Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers on behalf of the Client for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with standard Amendments.

Neo have been engaged by the Client to procure the design team, manage the pre contract design period, produce the tender documents, appoint the main contractor and administer the build period.

The project forms part of a wider site that includes the development of 10 high specification houses for sale. Our role includes coordinating the care home works with the residential developers who are working alongside.

To date the existing buildings onsite have been demolished and site wide infrastructure works are progressing.
