Jigsaw Homes, the Employer require the design and construction of this 210 unit housing scheme. The site will include houses, apartments and bungalows and will redevelop a currently derelict site that was a former power station

Neo role

Neo Projects are undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of Jigsaw for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with standard Amendments.

Neo have been engaged by Jigsaw to negotiate the scheme Specification, Employer’s Requirements and Contract Conditions with the Developer / Contractor.

Neo will provide full Employer’s Agent and Cost Management Services to Jigsaw for the build duration.
