Neo role

Neo Projects are undertaking the role of Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers on behalf of the Client for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with standard Amendments.

Neo have been engaged by the Client to procure the design team, manage the pre contract design period, produce the tender documents, appoint the main contractor and administer the build period.

The site contains a number of challenges to overcome including archaeology and ecology issues as well as having a significant access restrictions.

The project will replace the existing outdated home with a new state of the art facility.
